The City of Milwaukee is hosting a Foreclosure Intervention Event.

Foreclosure Intervention - Homeowners at risk of losing their homes to foreclosure can meet with their lenders and housing counselors to attempt to work out a loan refinance, modification or other solution.

Milwaukee Housing Consortium Homeownership Fairs - The City is providing forgivable loans of up to $30,000 for the purchase of a foreclosed home. Attendees at the Fair will be able to view the most up-to-date listings of foreclosed homes and meet with lenders, counselors, realtors and neighborhood groups.
